1.      No firearms of any kind may be brought into the Southfork Hotel or Ranch.

2.      Any cosplay props or costumes bought/ worn on the event area of the show must be free from sharp edges.

3.      Swords or blades of any kind MUST be peace bonded at the Registration Desk by a member of the show’s security team before being carried around the event floor. You must have a valid photo ID on you and be at least 18 years of age to carry a real blade (sharp or dull) into the show.

4.      Vendors who wish to sell weapons must have for sale items peace bonded before they hand them to purchasers. A demo item may be exposed on your table but must be kept out of reach of shoppers and you must assist any persons wishing to view the exposed blades when selling your wares. *There is no cost to you to have our security team peace bond your wares.
