The client requested help with starting a new business to meet a new rule.
The client wanted to be able to continuously check all the security controls for customers.
They only had one Cyber framework to follow which made things a bit easier…
Based on the new rules… we recommended a Continuous monitoring business.
Context / Action
We helped design and put in place a continuous monitoring business.
The service and product had to be able to track all security controls.
We helped the client break that down into technical and non-technical services.
We then further brother that down into smaller segments:
- And Software.
This allowed to build out identify requirements for the end product and also build service packages.
We informed the client about other requierments:
- Looking at massive various of structured and unstructured data;
- Work in near real-time;
- Analyze data sitting in a data warehouse;
- And Ingest data from any device out there;
- Also ability to search data;
- Build visual dashboards on the fly.
And do all that continuously.
We told them to map all the top Cyber frameworks that they would ever use.
This allowed them to see the overlap between each Cyber Framework.
Knowing this… they knew they could check one to cross off many.
The idea behind this was to cut duplication of effort.
- Avoids duplication of efforts;
- Consolidates like-assessment into one;
- Provides efficiencies;
- And synergy across all controls from various frameworks.
Our digital marketing strategy helped them get the word out.
We performed joint venture partnerships, Email Marketing and Content Marketing.
We also instructed the client to brief at symposiums, Cyber events and businesses.
